1. Purpose of Data Collection
By submitting this job application form, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

Evaluating your suitability for employment at Miraj Resort
Contacting you regarding your application status
Processing work permit and visa documentation (if applicable)
Maintaining records for legal and administrative purposes

Through this application form, we collect the following personal information:

Personal identification: Full name, date of birth
Contact information: Email address, phone number, residential address
Employment history: Previous employers, positions held, dates of employment
Documents: Copy of passport, resume/CV
Additional information: Position applied for, preferred contact time, personal statement

Successful applicants: Data will be transferred to your employee file and retained for the duration of employment plus the legally required retention period.
Unsuccessful applicants: Data will be deleted within 12 months after the recruitment process is completed, unless you consent to longer retention for future opportunities.

Slovak government authorities (Office of Labor, Social Affairs and Family; Foreign Police Department) for work permit and visa processing
